Tips for running this prompt

If your AI reviews the prompt instead of executing it, tell it explicitly to execute. In ChatGPT specifically, long pastes are auto-converted to attachments, and the model can then read the file as reference material rather than as instructions. If that happens, send a short follow-up message such as: "Execute the instructions in the attached file now. Do not review or describe them — just start." That reliably switches it into execution mode.

If it pauses partway or asks permission to continue, reply with the single word continue. The prompt is designed to produce the document across multiple turns when it's too long to fit in one response, and a one-word reply resumes it cleanly.

Known limitation. No prompt can force an AI to retrieve durable memories the platform didn't surface to the model in the first place. This prompt maximizes what the model does with the memories it has available, but it cannot increase the amount of memory that gets retrieved.
